Experienced Mental Health Therapist, Full Time

We seek licensed mental health therapists with experience for our growing outpatient mental health facility in downtown Plymouth, Michigan. We serve clients of all ages, couples, and families.

You make your own schedule, and we provide you with a steady stream of referrals, an office, and keys to the building. You can see your clients from your office at one of our downtown Plymouth facilities or from home (online therapy). 

NOTICE: We are seeking a therapist who is willing to work full-time. You must be willing to see 25 or more patients a week.

Compensation: This position offers a base salary with the opportunity to increase overall compensation through additional billable clinical service hours.

• Clinical supervision if needed.

Required: Graduation from an accredited college or university with at least a master’s degree in a behavioral health field such as social work, family or marriage counseling, psychology, or other closely related field.

License, Certification, or Registration(s): We require, State of Michigan Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Masters Social Work (LMSW), Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP), Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology (PhD), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide appropriate clinical services to clients.
• Maintain all client and business records in accordance with policy, legal, and third-party payor requirements.
• Adhere to all applicable ethical standards.
• Attend periodic meetings.
• Participate in scheduling clients.
• Complete all tasks necessary for timely billing.
• Adhere to all privacy standards.
• Work collaboratively with other staff and management.
• Adhere to professional and KaraLee best practices.
• Maintain all credentials required for the job.
